Jim’s creation of HOT STUFF chilli-oils and curries, were brought about by the desire
to add the real flavour of Punjab to savoury foods consumed everywhere, HOT STUFF is a real culinary delight which ‘lifts’ the flavour of the food. Having created his first HOT STUFF chilli-oil in the 80’s which has been relished
by family and friends over many years; this
has now been brought to market, including a range of Punjabi curries for others to enjoy. The gourmet HOT STUFF chilli oil is bottled in two sizes, retail jar 250ml and a 2 litre jar for catering establishments, expiry date is 2 years.
HOT STUFF can be used with salad, pasta, bread, rice, barbecues, soups , pizzas, curries, Chinese, Spanish, Mexican, Middle Eastern, American, European, Russian, African foods etc. In fact any food if you want mouth-watering chilli hot-garlic flavour! The gourmet Chillijim Punjabi Curries, taste the difference, are made fresh and do not share a common sauce unlike the present Indian Restaurants that cook in Spain. These curries are packed in 400gr. Microwaveable plastic dishes for bars, restaurants general food stores, kept frozen in our freezers to -18°C and therefore have expiry date of 18 months.
The present gourmet range of curries are: 1. Chicken with potatoes and spinach 2. King prawn and green peppers
3. Lamb with potatoes
4. Aloo Gobi
We will also be introducing other curries including daals, samosas, kebabs etc. A special Chillijim kebab sauce has already been produced ready for production soon. There are no additives in Chillijim products.
